A digital punch card your customers carry on their phone, and a text list you can reach in thirty seconds. No app for them to download. No contract for you.
Pictures of food do the selling for you. Send to the whole list or slice it by how long it's been since someone last came in.
Three jobs: get customers on the list, give them a reason to return, and show you exactly what worked.
Counter kiosk, QR codes on the tables, a web form on your site, or a keyword from a radio spot. Each source tracks separately.
A digital punch card they can't leave at home. You pick the reward and how many visits it takes to earn it.
Send to everyone, or just the people who haven't been in for a month. Add a photo of the special.
Birthday and anniversary texts fire by themselves, every year, without you touching anything.
Every check-in and redemption is recorded, so you know which text filled which table and what it was worth.
Ask happy customers for a review at the right moment, and catch unhappy ones before they post.
The program needs two things: customers who visit more than once, and a moment at the counter where you can ask them to join. Only takes up one foot of counter space.

Customers check in at the counter or on their phone and watch the reward get closer. No paper to lose, no stamp to forge.
The whole sign-up takes about fifteen seconds, carrying your name and your branding the entire way.
Eleven templates. Your business name, your offer and your photo drop into the one you choose, and it arrives on the kiosk already set up.

Eight carry the loyalty strip along the bottom. The three marked sign-up only leave it off, for a school, a church or a clinic that wants a text list without a punch card.

No. They enter a phone number once; everything after that happens by text or in their browser.
Based on historical data, approximately half of signups come from kiosks, so most places find it pays for itself quickly. But it is optional — you can opt out of the kiosk and print QR codes instead, or put a web form on your site. Those work on their own, and they still work alongside a kiosk if you add one later.
No. Month to month, cancel any time. Annual is available if you'd rather pay for ten months and get twelve. The one thing to know is a one-time $10 number release fee when you leave — the carriers hold your texting number for 30 days rather than releasing it, and that covers it. Come back inside 30 days, you keep the number and we credit it back.
Usually the same week. We build the account, set up your loyalty program and first automated texts, then send you a login.
We can run it for you. That's Managed Campaign Service, an optional add-on at $199/mo on top of your plan. Each month we build and schedule everything and email you a proof — nothing goes out until you approve it.
They opt in themselves and can reply STOP at any time. Most places send about one text a week.
